How do I resolve Zoom error code 300?

If you receive a Zoom error code 300, this means your email address is not connected to our ICLS Zoom system.

To fix it: 

  • Check your inbox for an email from Zoom inviting you to activate your ICLS account.
  • Click "Activate" and then "Sign Up with a Password"
  • Enter your information and choose a password.
  • Now that you have registered a Zoom account with the ICLS, sign into Canvas again and launch your Zoom class.
