What are the refund, absence, and cancellation policies?

Refund Policy 

Students may withdraw from the course at any time. 

Withdrawal Period Refund Timeline: 

Before Registration Ends = 100% of Tuition Paid 

After Registration Closes and Before the 3rd Class = 50% of Tuition Paid 

After the 3rd Class = No Refund 

The student must notify ICLS immediately upon the decision to withdraw and complete the Student Withdrawal Form which is available from the school’s Business Office to initiate a request for a refund. Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days. 

Absence Policy 

Group Classes continue as scheduled even if a student is absent from the class. An individual student who does not attend a class will not be able to make up the missed hours. Please note that each instructional hour is 50 minutes in length. Students who attend at least 70% of the live classes will receive a digital completion certificate.

Cancellation Policy 

ICLS reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of enrollment. In the case of lack of enrollment, the tuition, materials (if purchased), and registration fee will be refunded. Group Classes continue as scheduled even if a student is absent from the class. An individual student who does not attend a class will not be able to make up the missed hours even if 24-hour notice is given. Please note that each instructional hour is 50 minutes in length.
